bjj? i’m not sure how many times a week, boxing and wrestling are the only things in my budget right now, but hopefully things will get better soon, but for now boxing and wrestling 100%.
my diet is getting better, so thats always good..lots of yummy fruit:) and protien…carbs a little higher than usual but i’m gunna start lowering them.
tomorrow is boxing,weights and cardio..cant stop wont stop;)
